This helps wineries improve traceability, organize daily work and maintain accurate digital records.

How does EVINAR support day-to-day cellar management?
EVINAR brings key cellar information and operations into one system. Wineries can manage wine vessels and their contents, record transfers and other cellar operations, track oenological agents, keep a history of analyses and measurements, and organize work orders. The result is a clear digital history of cellar activities and operations.
How does traceability work in EVINAR?
EVINAR links information across the whole production process, from grape reception and press batches to wine, vessels and individual cellar operations. Related records stay connected, giving wineries a clear production history and traceability from the vineyard to the finished wine.
What vineyard information can be managed in EVINAR?
EVINAR supports vineyard records, vineyard operations, resource consumption, work orders, and analyses of soil, grapes and vines. Vineyards can also be displayed on GIS maps together with their spatial data.
How does EVINAR support harvest and grape reception?
EVINAR supports harvest planning and scheduling as well as grape purchasing and reception. Wineries can record grape origin and quality, issue reception certificates, calculate harvest settlements with growers and use the collected data in harvest reports. Reception data is then linked to the wine produced from it.
How are wine analyses and measurements recorded?
Wine analyses and measurements are stored directly with the related production and cellar records. EVINAR supports more than 30 chemical parameters and keeps a full history of results, making important information easy to find and compare over time.
How does EVINAR work with weather stations, IoT sensors and satellite data?
EVINAR collects measurements from IoT sensors and from both private and public weather stations near your vineyards. Measurements can be displayed on maps and charts, and alerts can be set to notify you when values exceed defined thresholds. Through its integration with Sentinel Hub, EVINAR also displays satellite imagery and vegetation indices for your vineyards.
Does EVINAR integrate with ERP and other business systems?
Yes. EVINAR connects production processes with ERP systems and offers an open API for integrating external systems, devices and applications. Data such as stock, vessels, oenological agents and harvest settlements can be exchanged between systems, reducing duplicate manual data entry. ERP and API integrations are available as part of Enterprise solutions.
Is EVINAR available on computers, tablets and mobile devices?
Yes. EVINAR is a web-based system that runs in a web browser on computers, tablets and mobile devices. No local installation is required, so authorized users can work from different devices and locations.
Where is EVINAR data stored?
EVINAR data is stored in secure data centres within the European Union. For organizations with specific infrastructure or data-hosting requirements, Enterprise solutions can also be deployed on the customer's own infrastructure.
Can we start with one EVINAR module and expand later?
Yes. Because EVINAR is modular, wineries can start with the functionality they need now and add modules as their requirements grow. Additional modules can be activated without data migration or disruption to existing work, so digitalization can be introduced gradually instead of changing every process at once.
We already keep winery records in Excel. Can they be transferred to EVINAR?
Yes. Existing records can be imported using ready-made EVINAR Excel import templates. For larger or more complex datasets, the EVINAR team can help prepare and transfer the data.
How much does EVINAR cost?
EVINAR pricing depends on the modules and level of digitalization your winery needs. Prices are per user per month, excluding VAT: Vineyard €20, Cellar €30 and Professional €60. Enterprise solutions are priced on request and can include ERP and API integrations, RFID/NFC, integrated weighing, automatic import of laboratory analyses and on-premises deployment. All plans include a 30-day free trial with no obligation.
